Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Projectour's services. They are a working draft pending legal review — if you have questions, contact hello@projecture.com.
1. Who we are
Projectour ("we", "us") is a destination management company. We arrange and operate trip services for travel businesses through a network of vetted local ground operators. Our registered office is Intelak Hub, Offices 4, One Central, Dubai World Trade Center, Dubai, UAE.
2. Who these terms apply to
Our services are provided to businesses — travel agencies, advisors, creators and tour operators — not to consumers. By sending us a brief or accepting a quote, you confirm you are acting in the course of business and are authorised to bind the business you represent.
3. Quotes
We quote each trip on the basis of the brief you give us, at a net rate for your business. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Availability and pricing are only assured once re-verified with the operator and confirmed by us in writing after your acceptance. Where a component has changed between quote and confirmation, we will tell you before anything is booked.
4. Bookings and payment
A booking exists once we confirm it in writing. Deposit, balance and cancellation terms are as stated on the quote and may pass through the terms of the operators and suppliers involved, which we will set out where they apply. Payments are confirmed by us in writing; we do not treat a payment as received until we have confirmed it.
5. Changes and cancellation
Changes after confirmation are re-quoted where they affect price or availability. Cancellation charges are as stated on the quote and reflect the terms of the underlying suppliers. Where we can recover a cost from a supplier on your behalf, we will.
6. Your responsibilities
- Ensure information you supply about trips and travellers is accurate and lawfully shared with us.
- Hold the licences and consents your own business requires to sell travel.
- Advise travellers of passport, visa, health and insurance requirements for the destination.
- Not pass our net rates to travellers, or contract our operators directly for a trip we have quoted.
7. Liability
Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our aggregate liability in respect of a trip is limited to the fees you paid us for that trip, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. We arrange travel services; the transport, accommodation and activities themselves are supplied by the operators and suppliers who provide them, and responsibility for their performance rests with them, without limiting any responsibility we have for our own arranging services.
8. Confidentiality
Net rates, operator identities and your client details are confidential to the parties and are not disclosed beyond what is needed to run the trip.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to our customers in advance. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
